Wild Feminine Workshop

This is the Spring Equinox Wild Feminine Workshop! Another beautiful chance for us to gather together at Nova Stella Yoga and honor the Wild Feminine aspects of our nature! We will begin in sacred ceremony creating an altar to the Divine Feminine. This will include guided meditation with sound healing. We will take some time for journaling and learning about practical ways to honor our feminine energy in everyday life. The rest of the evening will include gathering in community and creating some beautiful art! This is sacred time for rest and creating from our root, our womb, the center of our feminine energy and creative life force. During our creating and gathering time there will also be opportunities for mini 1:1 energy healing sessions with me!

Please bring an offering for the altar (flowers, fruit, crystals, or whatever else you’d like to contribute- choose something that is meaningful to you) and a journal. Poster boards, magazines, and other art supplies will be provided for the creation of our vision boards, but if you have something specific you’d like to include feel free to bring it! There will also be snacks and drinks provided.
