Blues Night at the Blue Cactus: Lex Quasar and The Sonic Stomp!

Join us at the Blue Cactus Listening Room for a soulful, high energy blues experience with the Colorado Duo Lex Quasar and The Sonic Stomp, featuring Dan Treanor (guitar, harp, vocals) and Kyle Borthick (drums, djembe, vocals).
In 2012 Dan was given the Keeping the Blues Alive Award for the work he’s done educating kids about blues music and history. His Afrosippi Band placed 3rd overall in the 2013 IBC Challenge. Kyle’s band, The Movers and Shakers, made it to Memphis for the IBC twice, reaching the semi finals on the second trip. Now these partners present a stripped down duo that features their original style of blues!
