Curious what restaurants will be featured inside the Fuel & Iron Food Hall? Join us for an exclusive pop-up series where we reveal each restauranteur before the food hall opens this Summer. During this five-event series brought to you by Legacy Bank, you’re tastebuds will be tantalized with the culinary talent coming to Pueblo’s first food hall.
Event Schedule:
- February 15 – Colorado Fried Chicken Concept
- March 15 – Ramen Concept
- April 19 – Hawaiian Concept
- May 17 – Vegetarian Concept
- June 21 – TBD
Tickets can be purchased per event ($20/event) or for the full series (five total events for $95). Each event includes food samples and a non-alcoholic beverage. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
